TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your 50% deposit (or full payment of order) is acceptance and acknowledgment that you agree to the following terms & conditions.
A 50% deposit is required before any design work will begin, unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations are not accepted after your deposit has been received. If Pixel and Ink London cannot fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given of the amount paid to date by the client.
Should the client not meet any agreed deadlines, such as providing copy, required information or outstanding balances in order to progress with the order, Pixel and Ink London is not expected to meet proof, print or delivery deadlines. Any discussion of project timelines is to be considered an estimate and will depend on the above.
There are two design revision rounds included per order. You agree that any further changes needed or requested by the client that go over the included amount will therefore be charged at an additional hourly rate of £40ph. Any typos are the clients responsibility and any cost of re-print will be paid by the client.
All concepts, ideas, designs, illustrations & calligraphy are property of Pixel and Ink London unless stated otherwise in writing.
Pixel and Ink London holds copyright for all designs. Neither you nor any third party has the right to copy or reproduce any designs, illustrations, calligraphy or PDF proofs sent to you during the design process of your order. Any improper use of the stationery and designs will be pursued with legal action.
To comply with GDPR, Pixel and Ink London keeps all client files, personal information and artwork within a secure, password protected environment either on a computer or a locked studio. You information is only shared for necessary purposes such as postal service for delivery.
