Terms & Conditions. 

1. Pricing

Pixel & Ink London reserves the right to amend all information without notice, including but not limited to pricing. Any amendments made by you during the design process will up updated and reflected in your final Invoice. Delivery charges will be updated accordingly. Pixel & Ink London takes a 50%* non-refundable deposit of your quotation to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon approve for production of your order. The total price payable for all orders will be paid in full before any print production, assembly or delivery will take place. *50% is the standard deposit amount unless otherwise stated by Pixel & Ink London.

2. Data Protection
Pixel & Ink London will only request information needed to complete your order. In order to comply with the government GDPR standards, Pixel & Ink London keeps all client information, artwork and related information within a secure password protected environment. This is either on a password protected computer or in a locked studio. Your information will only be shared when necessary with third parties such as delivery courier services.

3. Copyright
All images, artwork and designs used across Pixel & Ink London's website or which have been sent to you via email or Instagram as proofs or printable files remain the sole property of Pixel & Ink London and are subject to copyright laws and restrictions. Any use of images or artwork supplied belonging to Pixel & Ink London must have authorisation to do so obtained in writing from Pixel & Ink London and can not be resold under any circumstances. Pixel & Ink London reserves the right to refuse artwork should we feel the files are likely to breach any of these terms and conditions. Pixel & Ink London does not supply artwork files to be printed outside of the business or at home unless it has been agreed with you in writing and full payment has been made.

4. Your Order
Please ensure you have the correct quantities of all items before approving your design for print. Once your order has been sent to print production quantities can not be changed. We always recommend ordering 5-10% over the required amount to ensure you have spares for last minute additions to your guest list and family keepsakes. Re-printing designs is possible, however the production of small quantities is very expensive and will be charged separately, in full, before any re-prints are ordered.

Design Proofs
Three rounds of digital design proofs are included within your bespoke design order. When supplying Pixel & Ink London with any wording please always check carefully for spelling and grammar errors. Your digital proofs will be sent to you via email to check thoroughly within 3 working days. It is your responsibility to make sure all spelling, grammar and layout is correct before approving for print production. Any changes made after this point will be charged separately. Please ensure you have checked and are happy with spelling, grammar, layout, colour* and all information within the design is correct. There are strictly 2 rounds of amendments included for free within your bespoke design order. Any amendments requested after this point will be charged separately and according to the amendment requested. *Please note, colour shades vary from screen to screen and will not be an exact match when printed. Pixel & Ink London does their best to ensure the colour is matched as accurately as possible. 

6. Artwork
Pixel & Ink London reserves the right to reuse any artwork, including illustrations and calligraphy, within bespoke designs. Pixel & Ink London also reserves the right to take photographs and keep hard copy samples of your design for promotional purposes and to use across the website and social media platforms. All personal information will be removed, please see the Privacy Policy via the website.

7. Cancellation & Refunds
The majority of Pixel & Ink London orders are personalised and designed for my clients. Therefore I am unable to offer any refunds or cancellations in any case once your booking deposit has been received. Due to the recent effects of covid-19, should you need to postpone your booking I am happy to arrange this for you and all design work and further invoices will be put on hold subject to work that has already been completed.

8. Returns
Pixel & Ink London does not accept returns of personalised items or sample packs. Any items that are incorrect due to spelling and grammar errors approved by you during the proofing stages are your responsibility. Any re-prints agreed by Pixel & Ink London will incur additional printing and production costs payable in full before carried out. Pixel & Ink London reserves the right to charge rush fees on top of additional printing and production costs for re-prints.  

If your order has been damaged during delivery please let Pixel & Ink London know within 5 days of receiving your delivery and I will try to rectify any issues. Please provide photographs of any items damaged for our records so I can claim for compensation with the sender. Please note, I will try my best to rectify any problems but orders being damaged as a result of delivery is not Pixel & Ink London's responsibility and if I do not hear from you in writing within 5 days of delivery you order is deemed to have been delivered and accepted. Pixel & Ink London will not be held responsible for any items/envelopes returned or lost by in transit once you, the client, has sent them to your guests.

9. Material Availability
Pixel & Ink London does their best to source all materials featured on our website and within design proofs. We cannot guarantee all paper and envelope options will be available at all times, especially during peak wedding season. In the unlikely event that your paper or envelope choice is not available, I will contact you with a suitable alternative.

10. Wedding Day Stationery
Bespoke design bookings including on the day wedding stationery require at least 6-10 weeks prior notice before the date of your wedding. For advance bookings I will advise you of the latest date in which your items will need to be approved for print production where necessary. This approval date must be met in order for your order to be fulfilled, dispatched and delivered in time for your wedding day. Any delays or failure of items being delivered to you on time as a result of you failing to meet the given approval date will not qualify for a refund of any kind by Pixel & Ink London. 

11. Envelope Addressing
If your order includes envelope addressing of any kind you will be required to provide your guest names and addresses via either an excel spreadsheet or google document. Please carefully proof read all wording before submitting it to Pixel & Ink London. Envelopes will be addressed using the exact wording submitted by you. There will be no proofing stages for any envelope addressing. If you require any name or address changes once your wording has been submitted, they will be charged separately per envelope payable before delivery of your order.

12. Payment Schedules
Payment reminders will be sent to you via email approximately 5 working days before any further payments are due to be made and then again 2 days afterwards if for any reason the invoice has not been paid. If you need to make any amendments to quantities or items please let me know and the invoice will be updated and resent to you within 24 hours. No design work, print production, assembly or delivery of any orders will be completed until the corresponding invoice has been paid.

13. Digital Products
Due to these products being downloadable, digital E-Booklets, we are unable to process refunds for any digital products. These products are for your personal use only (unless otherwise stated within the digital product e.g Modern Calligraphy Vectors) and should not to be re-sold or re- distributed. Kindly do not use any of these to given to another person to re-use.
